Makayla

**Chiropractic Assistant**
She assists Dr. McFarland in all things patient related. From taking patients back to “behind the scenes” paperwork. Makayla was born and raised in West Plains, she attended West Plains high school and went onto Missouri State University-West Plains, earning an Associates degree in Education.

Kira

**Front Desk Operations**
Kira will be the first face you see when you walk in our doors. She handles all front desk operations and takes care of our patients when they walk in and check out. She moved here from Colorado 4 years ago. She loves to go on walks with her dogs, Tilley and Bean and her husband Jacobe. In her spare time, Kira loves to bake and watch the latest tv series.

Sammie

**Office Manager**
Sammie moved to West Plains from Michigan in 2005 with her family and has been in the chiropractic field since 2009. In her spare time, she enjoys crafting, and photography, along with spending time with her children. At McFarland Spine & Sport, she takes care of all billing tasks and office management.
